Automatic creation of groups

Test Pre-requisites:

1. As an admin, create a course

Test Steps:

1. As the admin, enrol about 10 students in the course
2. Navigate to Settings -> Course administration -> Users -> Groups
3. Choose 'Auto-create groups' with those settings:

• Group/member count: 2
• Create in grouping: New grouping
• Grouping name: grouping-name

4. Preview and submit
5. Confirm that the groups and grouping have been created without an ID number
