CLONE - A teacher can reorganize book chapters and subchapters

Test pre-requisites:

• One course in Moodle.
• Teacher access to it.

Test note:

• Ignore the numbers shown in the TOC block on the left of each chapter. All the tests below are about the chapter titles and they positions.

Test steps:

1. Login as teacher and acces to the course.
2. Turn edit on.
3. In the "Settings" block, click on restore.
4. Restore the attached activity backup (test_book_for_qa_20120522.mbz) into the course the user is teacher. Don't modify any setting, just use default ones.
5. Test: One book resource, with title "Test Book for QA".
6. Access to the restored book.
7. Test: It shows 4 chapters (1, 2, 3 & 4) and 2 subchapters (3A & 3B).
8. Try moving "Chapter 1" down.
9. Test: It goes down one position (now shown after "Chapter 2")
10. Try moving "Chapter 1" down again.
11. Test: It goes down three positions (now shown after "Subchapter 3B").
12. Try moving "Chapter 3" down.
13. Test: It goes down 1 position (now shown after "Chapter 1") and its subchapters have been moved together (they continue being after "Chapter 3").
14. Try moving "Subchapter 1" down.
15. Test: It goes down 1 position (now shown after "Subchapter 3B").
16. Try moving "Subchapter 1" down again.
17. Test: It goes down 1 position (now shown after "Chapter 4").
