You need to be administrator of a hub and a Moodle site.

1. Login as administrator on a site and access registration page
2. Select "Register with a specific hub" option
3. Enter the private hub url and press the button
4. Fill the registration form and register
5. The access registration page should be displayed, and the hub should appear in the "Registered on" list.
