A manager can remove an advertised or shared course on a hub

This test requires a course which was previously published (MDLQA-127 or MDLQA-128).

1. Login as manager and access the published course.
2. Select publish in the course administration.
3. Select the "unpublish" operation next to an advertised/shared course.
4. Confirm you want to unpublish.
5. Check that the publish page is displayed with a confirmation message.
