Student names and pictures may be shown on-screen during a quiz attempt

This test requires a quiz activity containing one or more questions of any type.

1. Log in as a teacher, edit the settings for the quiz and set 'Show the user's picture' to 'Small image'.
2. Log in as a student and attempt the quiz.
3. Check that your name and profile picture are displayed on screen during your quiz attempt.
4. Check that your name and profile picture are also displayed on the review screen.
5. Repeat steps 1-4, setting 'Show the user's picture' to 'Large image' and checking that the picture displayed is larger than before.
