A teacher can change the order in which questions appear in a quiz

This test requires a quiz with at least 3 questions.

1. Login as a teacher; navigate to Edit quiz and change the order of the questions by clicking the move icon and dragging them to a different location.
2. Click the "Add page break" icon to add a new page and verify there is at least one question on the new page.
3.Click the "Add page break" icon again to create a new page and move the questions so that there is only one question on each page.
4. Log in as a student and attempt the quiz.
5. Check that the questions are shown in the order specified by the teacher and that there is only one question on each page.
