CLONE - A teacher can limit the number the number of participants that can select each choice response

1. Login as a teacher, update a choice activity and enable the limiting of choice responses.
2. Set the limit for each choice option to 1.
3. Login as student1 and select choice option 1.
4. Login as student2 and check that choice option 1 may no longer be selected, though all other options are available.
