CLONE - A teacher can restrict the time period in which students can answer a choice

1. Login as a teacher, update a choice activity and tick the Restrict answering to this time period checkbox.
2. Set available from and to dates.
3. Login as a student and check that the activity is only available between the available from and to dates. Outside these dates the message 'This activity is not available' should be displayed.
