CLONE - A teacher can set a course full name, short name and summary

1. Login as a teacher, access a course and follow the settings link.
2. Change the course full name, short name and summary then click the 'Save changes' button.
3. Check that the changes are reflected in the course page title, the navigation bar and on the site home page.
