A teacher can choose whether to publish choice results anonymously or showing names

1. Login as a teacher, update a choice and set 'Publish results' to 'Always show results to students' and 'Privacy of results' to 'Publish anonymous results'.
2. Login as a student and check that the choice results are displayed as a bar chart with numbers only.
3. Login as a teacher, update the choice and set 'Privacy of results' to 'Publish full results'.
4. Login as a student and check that the choice results are displayed showing student names.
