In Google Chrome, blocks can be dragged to new, permanent positions

      This test requires Google Chrome to be used.

      1. Log in as a teacher, turn editing on, verify that the move handles are present on the blocks.
      2. Navigate to the course page and turn editing on.
      3. Add all available blocks to the page and drag each one to a new position.
      4. Launch a new browser tab and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the blocks are as per your changes.
      5. Launch a new browser window and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the blocks are as per your changes.
