Test Pre-requisites:
Any course in Moodle.

Test Steps:
1. Login as Admin.
2. Create a block at course level.
3. Navigate to a sub-page and set the block to appear on any page.
4. Navigate to an activity page and set the block to appear on any of that type of activity module.
5. Navigate back to the course.
6. Add another activity of the same type as before i.e. if the activity was a quiz, add another quiz to the course.
7. Navigate to that activity.
8. Edit the block settings and set the block to appear on any page.
9. Verify that the block appears on any page as before.
