Description

Test Steps:
1. Edit user profile and verify that File manager is present with a 'Choose a file...' button and a drag and drop area for User picture.
2. Drag and drop a file onto the file manager, which currently contains the text 'No files attached drag and drop files here to upload them.'
3. Click 'Update profile' and verify that the picture is uploaded and displayed correctly by Moodle.
