Test Pre-requisites:

• In Site administration > Plugins > Licences > Manage licences, the default licence is set to 'Creative Commons'.

Test Steps:
1. Navigate to Navigation > My profile > My private files.
2. Click 'Add' and verify that the file picker is launched.
3. Select 'Upload a file' and select a file.
4. Check that the default licence type is 'Creative commons'.
