CLONE - A teacher can show and hide book chapters and subchapters

Test pre-requisites:

• One course in Moodle.
• Teacher access to it.

Test steps:

1. Login as teacher and acces to the course.
2. Turn edit on.
3. In the "Settings" block, click on restore.
4. Restore the attached activity backup (test_book_for_qa_20120522.mbz) into the course the user is teacher. Don't modify any setting, just use default ones.
5. Test: One book resource, with title "Test Book for QA".
6. Access to the restored book.
7. Test: It shows 4 chapters (1, 2, 3 & 4) and 2 subchapters (3A & 3B).
8. Click on the "eye" icon both in "Chapter 1" and "Chapter 3".
9. Test: There are 4 items dimmed: "Chapter 1", "Chapter 3", "Subchapter 3A" and "Subchapter 3B".
10. Turn edit off.
11. Test: Only 2 items are visible: "Chapter 2" and "Chapter 4".
12. Test: Navigation (left and right arrows) only allow to navigate between those 2 chapters.
