CLONE - A teacher can get a printable html version of the book

Test pre-requisites:

• One course in Moodle.
• Teacher access to it.

Test steps:

1. Login as teacher and access to the course.
2. Turn edit on.
3. In the "Settings" block, click on restore.
4. Restore the attached activity backup (test_book_for_qa_20120522.mbz) into the course the user is teacher. Don't modify any setting, just use default ones.
5. Test: One book resource, with title "Test Book for QA".
6. Access to the restored book.
7. Test: It shows 4 chapters (1, 2, 3 & 4) and 2 subchapters (3A & 3B).
8. In the "Settings block", click the "Print book" item.
9. Test: One new window is opened.
10. Test: The window contains the title of the book and its introduction displayed properly.
11. Test: The window contains the Site, Course, Book, Printed by and Date informations.
12. Test: The window contains one Table of contents, linking to each Chapter in the page.
13. Test: The window contains all the chapters, with their titles and contents displayed properly.
14. In the "Settings block", click the "Print this chapter" item.
15. Test: One new window is opened.
16. Test: The window contains the current chapter, with its title and content displayed properly.
