CLONE - A teacher can enable database activity entry rating according to a chosen grading scale

      This test requires a database activity in which at least two students have added at least two entries each.

      1. Login as a teacher, update the database activity and select 'Count of ratings' as ratings aggregate type and 10 as the scale.
      2. Rate each of the database activity entries.
      3. Check that the ratings appear correctly in the course gradebook.
