1. Log in as a user and go to Settings > My profile settings > Edit profile
2. Try uploading a user picture by dragging and dropping an image into the area indicated.
3. Add a picture description.
4. Click 'Update profile' and check that the picture is displayed on the user's profile page and that the description is shown when mousing over the picture.
