CLONE - A teacher can enable database activity entry rating according to a chosen grading scale

      1. Login as a teacher, update a database activity and tick the 'Allow posts to be rated?' checkbox, then select a grading scale.
      2. Rate a few database activity entries.
      3. Check that the ratings appear in the course gradebook.
