Test Pre-Requisites: An assignment exists with online text enabled. Site default settings for submission plugins have not been altered.

1. Login as a student and access the assignment.
2. Create a submission, add a submission comment and save the comment.
3. Delete the submission comment, and enter a new comment, and save your changes.
4. Check that the changes have been saved.
