Test Pre-requisites:

1. As an admin, create a course

Test steps:

1. As an admin, navigate to Administration -> Course administration -> Users -> Groups
2. Remove all groups and groupings
3. Import the Unable to embed resource: test.csv of type text/csv file using the 'Import groups' button
4. Confirm that:

• All 5 groups were created
• A warning was shown confirming that the ID number for group-id-1-duplicate already existed
• group-id-1 and group-id-2 have the correct ID number
• group-id-1-duplicate, group-noid-1 and group-noid-2 have no ID number
