You need to be administrator of a hub and a Moodle site.

1. Login as administrator on a site and access registration page
2. Select "Register with a specific hub" option
3. Enter the private hub url and press the button
4. Fill the registration form and register
5. A confirmation page should be displayed. Go back to the registration page. A "Registered on" list should be now displayed, with the hub listed into it.
