This test requires a quiz containing several questions.

1. Login as a teacher, edit the settings for the quiz and set 'Adaptive mode' to yes and 'Apply penalties' to yes.
2. Login as a student and attempt the quiz, answering the questions wrongly.
3. Check that you are immediately allowed to try questions again and that a penalty is subtracted for each wrong attempt.
