CLONE - Activities and resources can be dragged to new, permanent positions in Internet Explorer

This test requires a course with activities and resources in different sections and for Internet Explorer to be used.

1. Log in as a teacher, navigate to the course page and turn editing on then verify that the move icons are present next to activities and resources.
2. Move some activities and resources to new positions and check that the links to all activities and resources work.
3. Launch a new browser tab and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the activities and resources are as per your changes. Also verify that the links to all activities and resources work.
4. Launch a new browser window and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the activities and resources are as per your changes. Also verify that the links to all activities and resources work.
