Description

1. Login as a teacher, edit the settings for the quiz and set 'Show the user's picture' to yes.
2. Login as a student and attempt the quiz.
3. Check that your name and profile picture are displayed on screen during your quiz attempt.
4. Check that your name and profile picture are also displayed on the review screen.
