NOTE: You need admin account details for this test.

• Make sure "Allow accounts with same email" is enabled.

1. Login as admin
2. Create a user account with email test2@example.com
3. Create another user with the same email address
4. Confirm that you are allowed to save user details.
5. Disable "Allow accounts with same email"
6. Create another user with the same email address
7. Confirm that you are not allowed to save user details.
