Description

1. Login as a teacher, access a course then in the settings, set the news items to show to 2.
2. Create 3 new discussions in the news forum.
3. Check that the two most recent discussion subjects are displayed in the latest news block on the course page.
4. In the course settings, set the news items to show to 0.
5. Check that the latest news block is no longer displayed.
