CLONE - Files are not uploaded to My private files when the user cancels.

Test Pre-requisites:

• Login as any user.

Test Steps:
1. Click on "Manage my private files..." in "My Private Files" block
2. Click 'Add' icon and verify that the file picker is launched.
3. Select 'Upload a file' and select a file.
4. Enter a value for Save As.
5. Change the name of the author.
6. Change the licence type.
7. Select Upload this file then verify that the file appears in the File Manager and that the details are correct.
8. Click cancel and verify that the files are not uploaded.
