CLONE - A teacher can create an Event monitoring rule and subscribe to it

This test requires a course with a teacher enrolled in it.
1) As the teacher add a file (pdf,odt or similar) to the course and call it Course contract.
2) Navigate to Course administration>Reports>Event monitoring rules and add the following:
*Name -Course contract view
*Area to monitor - File
*Event - Course module viewed
*Choose your own description/frequency and message template and save.
3)Now,still in the same course, navigate to the user menu top right>My preferences>Event monitoring.
4) Select the current course and verify you see "Rules you can subscribe to" and the event you just created.
5)From the dropdown choose "All instances"
6) Verify you get the message "Subscription successfully created"
