CLONE - A teacher can use templates to modify the visual layout of information in a database activity

1. Login as a teacher, update a database activity and edit the list template.
2. Check that the change is reflected in the list view.
3. Edit the single template.
4. Check that the change is reflected in the single view.
5. Edit the advanced search template.
6. Check that the change is reflected in the search page.
7. Edit the add template.
8. Check that the change is reflected in the add entry page.
