CLONE - A manager can remove an advertised or shared course on a hub

This test requires a course which was previously published.

1. Login as manager and access the published course.
2. Select publish in the course administration.
3. Click the 'Remove from Hub' button next to an advertised/shared course.
4. Confirm you want to remove the course from the hub.
5. Check that the publish page is displayed with a confirmation message.
