Pin forum discussions

1. Login as teacher and create a forum.
2. Add a discussion topic.
3. Add a second discussion topic.
4. Add a third discussion topic
5. Add a fourth discussion topic
6. Pin the first topic. Verify that it sorts to the top and is labelled "pinned."
7. Pin the fourth discussion topic. Verify that it sorts to the top above the first pinned topic.

NOTE:

1. Repeat above using "timed" discussions
2. Backup and restore an activity and verify that it retains the pinned status for discussion
