Users can add evidences of prior learning

      1. Go to your profile and click on "Learning plans" > "Evidence of prior learning" > Add new evidence and fill the form
      2. Check that you can see it and return to "Evidence of prior learning"
      3. Use the action menu to edit the evidence, change the values, save changes and confirm that you can see the changes applied
      4. Use the action menu to delete the evidence, refresh the page, it shouldn't appear there anymore
