A teacher can copy an activity

1. Login as a teacher and turn editing on in a course.
2. Choose an activity to copy and click the 'x2' link.
3. Edit the new copy and change the activity name.
4. Save and return to the course.
5. Check that the copy of the activity is displayed below the activity on the course page.
6. Access the activity and check it has been copied correctly.
