Teacher can Create/Edit/Delete IMS-LTI provider

      Description

      1. Login as administrator.
      2. Follow Site administration ► Security ► HTTP security and enable 'Allow frame embedding'.
      3. Follow Site administration ► Plugins ► Authentication ► Manage authentication' and enable 'LTI' authentication.
      4. Follow Site administration ► Plugins ► Enrolments ► Manage enrol plugins and enable 'Shared external tool'.
      5. Log out and log in as teacher.
      6. Visit a course with at least 1 activity (assignment) and 1 resource (file).
      7. Follow Course administration ► Users ► Enrolment methods.
      8. Add a shared external tool with 'Tool to be provided' selected to course.
      9. Add a shared external tool with 'Tool to be provided' selected to assignment
      10. Add a shared external tool with 'Tool to be provided' selected to file.
      11. Follow Course administration ► Shared external tools.
      12. Make sure you see 3 URLs and secrets.
      13. Click Edit icon and ensure you can edit the shared enrolment.
      14. Click Delete icon and ensure you can delete the shared enrolment.
      15. Click Disable icon and ensure it changes to Enable icon. (Optional) You can test the url in LTI consumer and make sure activity is not accessible and you get message 'The LTI enrolment plugin is disabled.'
