CLONE - A teacher can set whether a course is available to students

      1. Login as a teacher, access a course and in the course settings set the visibility to hide.
      2. Login as a student and check that the course no longer appears in the list of courses.
      3. Check that you are unable to enter the course, even knowing the exact URL.
