            Jordan, the list of filters at http://qa.moodle.net/admin/filters.php reports there is a filter called "mod/wiki" missing from the disk. Do you have an idea what's that filter and how did it get there? Thanks for any info regarding this.

            Aha, I guess I have a clue. The Wiki module provided its filter in Moodle 1.9 as eg Glossary or Database does. I guess the database of the QA site comes from that times. Then when Wiki 2.0 landed in CVS HEAD (see commit 00710f), the mod/wiki/filter.php was deleted but there was no upgrade step to clear the filter record from the list of registered filters.

            So this is actually Wiki 2.x bug and I believe we can safely remove the row from

            {filter_active}

            table.

            I was able to reproduce this locally so I created an issue for the Wiki team to fix this.

            Is this still the problem? Or shall we close it now?

            Thanks for asking David. There is no longer a mod/wiki missing from disk message on the QA site so I am closing this issue.
