Can't get pages from german docs wiki 1.x anymore

      Hi Jordan,

      I don't think that problem with the german docs is fixed.

      But there's a new bad thing! All links from Moodle 1.9 also are leading to the docs wiki 2.0. I think that every Moodle should get a new setting in its docroot or somewhere else that Moodle 2.0 links to docs 2.0 and Moodle 1.9 links to docs 1.0.
