      Description

The modules and plugins link in the downloads dropdown menu on http://download.moodle.org/ still points to the old m&p database rather than http://moodle.org/plugins/

It's also wrong on http://download.moodle.org/macosx/ and other download pages.

The themes link also needs amending.

I added components for all moodle sites with custom menu. All of them should copy the moodle.org custom menu (plus maybe 'Courses' item)

Note that planet.moodle.org has an additional item 'Developers meeting'

The downloads dropdown menu looks to the same on http://download.moodle.org/ and http://moodle.org/plugins/ however I notice http://planet.moodle.org/ and http://tracker.moodle.org/ have the longer menus.
