Coolness problem in the moodle.org forums

      There seems to be a problem with the AJAX ratings on moodle.org forums (possibly Moodle core code too).

      eg look at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=199248#p869254

      Tim's post has a total rating of "Coolest thing ever" but the actual votes just show one vote of very cool.

      My guess is that recalculations are not happening correctly when people unset their rating.
