      Description

I'm having issues logging into the 22 wiki - 19/20/21/dev all work ok for me.

browsing/read-only is fine but if I login to the wiki I get a blank screen for all pages in the wiki - can't view anything until I clear the cookies

a user is reporting this for dev docs here too:
      http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=200984

feel free to ping me on jabber if you want my pass so you can reproduce.

      thanks.

Some user profiles had 'moodledocs' set as the default skin.
we phased this skin out a while ago and now use 'moodledocsnew'.

I have updated all docs database profiles to reflect the new skin, this affected 224 user accounts.

In future if we change skin, we should symlink the old one or run the db fix again.
