      Description

      When a user reports an issue, it would be good to provide a template in the description field that prompts them for specific details.

      Martin suggests

      I think a little JS in the theme that looked for the current page being http://tracker.moodle.org/secure/CreateIssue.jspa and then seeing if the description field was blank, and if so, then inserting some text which described how to write a description in text, followed by a bullet list for the steps...

            Will need to find out how the themes are constructed to work this out. Have we looked if JIRA has any functionality to achieve this, seems like the sort of thing there might a plugin for.
