Update http://download.moodle.org/environment/environment.zip with informations for 2.5

      Requirements for Moodle 2.5 have been decided (in MDL-37033), and latest versions have the new information in them, good.

      But for existing Moodle installation (like with 2.3.6), when administrator try from "Site Administration > Server > Environment" to "Update component", it says "Component is up-to-date", but there's nothing about Moodle 2.5 in the component.

      Looking at admin/environment.php, it seems it download latest version from http://download.moodle.org/environment/environment.zip and it hasn't been updated yet.
      Please update it, the sooner the better.
