Similar to the theme_simple -> theme_clean collision, the theme_bootstrap will be renamed to theme_bootstrapbase in MDL-39341 (not integrated yet).

Can we get the same backend update as was done for MDLSITE-2232 to move the language strings across when this is integrated?
