      As mentioned in MDL-39518, currently MOOCH is one of the words auto-linked by the filter_moodlelinks filter. Can it be removed, and replaced with

      <a title="Moodle.net - Courses and content" href="http://moodle.net">Moodle.net</a>

      for linking Moodle.net or moodle.net.
