      The following error keeps occurring on http://learn.moodle.net/:

      Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Failed to unserialise data from file. Either failed to read, or failed to write.

      When you try to reproduce it by doing the same thing again, the error is no longer displayed.
