Currently the Glossary is set up for something that a Database activity would be better for (collecting food recipes). Since this course is not just about the mechanics of Moodle but an example of GOOD PRACTICE with Moodle I think this is a major issue.

The Glossary module is about definitions of words. These words then become highlighted in the rest of the course and have popup definitions. Since this course is about Moodle, teaching and internet-based learning then the glossary should be terms about these subjects (like in Using Moodle). Autolinking should be on.

The Database module is about structured records of data with specific fields. The recipes idea is OK, another idea could be to collect information about one's favourite city or town. Either way, there should be a series of fields defined that use all the available types, and nice templates to lay it all out nicely.
