Survey module not implemented properly

      The survey module says "Survey example" and has "Feel free to complete this survey."

      Please remember this is not a demo site, this is a course.

      I suggest:

      1) Putting this survey much earlier, eg in the second week
      2) Naming it "Survey: Attitudes to Learning"
      3) Description: "This is a standard Moodle survey designed to help you reflect on your participation as a learner in this course".
