Times displayed in wrong time zone

      marycooch and tsala have reported in the chat that from time to time, the Upcoming events and other dates displayed in the MOOC course are displayed in UTC instead of the timezone set in their profiles. I have not been able to confirm/replicate this problem. I have updated the timezones info from the admin menu but that did not help.
