Around November 2015… it will be time for Moodle 2.10.0 to be released.

That's not a problem, but because of the fact that it's the very first release of Moodle having a "2-digits" second version number (aka. "10").

This is about to 1) collect and 2) fix all the places that may be affected by that singularity.
